My name is Sophie Matheson. I am a
37 year old Belgian living in France. I am an English teacher and have been
teaching at Saint Denis International School for 3 years. I was born in Belgium

degree in Linguistics and English as a Second Language. I have learned
along the way other languages such as Dutch, Spanish and Russian – most of
which I can barely speak today! My husband, my 2 children and I have chosen
France, and more specifically the Loire valley, to settle down.
